Job Title: Salesforce Support Engineer
Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Support Engineer to provide technical support, administration, and user assistance for our Salesforce platform. The role involves troubleshooting issues, managing configurations, supporting end-users, and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth operations of Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, addressing technical issues, access requests, and data-related queries.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce CRM, workflows, validation rules, dashboards, and reports.
Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
Perform data management tasks, including imports, updates, deduplication, and validation.
Document issues, resolutions, and best practices in a knowledge base for future reference.
Collaborate with Salesforce Developers and Admins on bug fixes, enhancements, and release deployments.
Monitor and maintain system performance, scheduled jobs, and integrations with third-party applications.
Assist in training and onboarding new users to maximize Salesforce adoption.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and organizational standards.
Escalate complex technical issues to Salesforce Development or vendor support teams when required.
