Overview
The Mechanic is responsible for operating and maintaining systems like heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and power generators. Performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and mechanical systems. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues. Working with elevators, escalators, and other building mechanics.
Shift: Wednesday-Sunday 2pm-10pm // Monday and Tuesday off Union: Local 30 position. Pay: $39.73 per hour. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
• At least one (1) year experience supporting mission critical environments
• Hands on electrical or mechanical skill, and competence in the area of non-expertise
• Operate and perform both routine and emergency service on a variety of state-of-the-art critical systems
• CFC Certified – Universal
• Knowledge and experience using basic computer applications
