What does a great Business Data Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a Business Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships between our team and our partners within the business, providing detailed analysis of the data produced by our team, and developing dashboards and reporting to help our partners understand how the business is performing.
What you’ll do:
- Work with business partner to gather requirements for new reporting
- Review existing data and identify any opportunities (errors, inaccuracies, improvements, etc.)
- Create documentation explaining the data curated and shared by our team.
- Create reporting dashboards to help our partners understand current business performance and identify areas of opportunity.
- Help to facilitate the ingestion of new data for integration into existing reporting.
- Work with both our business partners and data developers to requirements for new reporting, reporting enhancement, corrections and integrations. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data delivery.
What you’ll need to have:
- Experience gathering business requirement for new reporting and generating process documentation
- 4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
What would be great to have
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience with Power BI, Palantir Foundry Platform, SAP, SQL Script, Python Script and/or Machine Learning modeling
- Analyze, query and manipulate financial and business level data
- Experience determining root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for solutions.
- Experience developing process improvements to enhance overall user experience.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding
- This role requires being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis.
