About your role:
As a Contact Center Support Associate, you will work directly with customers to troubleshoot remote deposit and digital check scanner products. You'll support high call volume caseloads and will have an opportunity to ensure a customer experience and order success.
What you’ll do:
- Respond to inquiries that are highly complex in nature and diagnose issues.
- Support application, IT hardware and software products.
- Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps.
- Own issue resolution and coordination with external resources to include product development as well as external software and hardware partners.
- Provide escalation level technical support.
Experience you’ll need to have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience installing and troubleshooting software or hardware.
Experience that would be great have:
- Knowledge of firewalls and drivers.
- Experience providing support via remote desktop.
How you’ll work:
- This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
