MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career-driven, and customer-focused
Senior Logistics Analyst to join our team in
Washington, DC.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Work on complex technical projects or business challenges requiring advanced industry knowledge.
- Analyze and develop logistics plans to improve production flow, distribution efficiency, and inventory control.
- Create and review procedures that maximize customer satisfaction while minimizing logistical costs.
- Ensure rational distribution and delivery methods through data-driven analysis and tracking.
- Define and communicate project goals.
- Apply knowledge of Navy ILS practices to improve logistics performance and lifecycle support
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise within work groups through deep specialization in logistics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. (An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.)
- 10+ years of relevant logistics, supply chain, or operations experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with the U.S. Navy in roles such as:
- Active duty
- Government civilian
- Support contractor
- Familiarity with NAVSEA technical authorities (e.g., NAVSEA 05).
- Experience supporting U.S. Navy Program Managers in an analyst role.
- Broad understanding of Navy Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), including provisioning, maintenance planning, training support, and technical documentation.
Security Clearance Requirement
- Must hold an Active Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally required to move about the office to access files, equipment, and interact with staff.
- Ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, and virtual platforms.
- May be required to deliver presentations or briefings to team members and stakeholders.
