About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Academy Design & Execution team within Consumer, Small & Business Banking.
The Academy Design & Execution team ensures employees are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and role-specific competencies needed to deliver exceptional service, meet performance goals, and adapt to evolving business needs. This role is essential for maintaining program excellence, continuous improvement, and operational alignment with Wells Fargo's business objectives
This role will lead and oversee program design and stakeholder engagement activities across multiple roles and readiness programs. This leader will partner with various Academy Program Leaders and facilitators to design new and refresh existing programs, manage stakeholder engagement, and evaluate program effectiveness to ensure the programs are meeting the needs of employees and the business.

In this role, you will:- Develop and execute a cohesive design strategy across programs in partnership with program leaders, developers, and facilitators to ensure programs are designed to deliver value to employees and meet the needs of the business.
- Serve as a cross functional integration point with partners and business leaders to ensure partners are involved and informed in program design decisions and program effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, using data-driven insights to recommend improvements and ensure continuous development.
Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of Business Execution learning design, project management, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Advanced program design experience to assess needs, define objectives, select appropriate instructional strategies, and content organization.
- Ability to strategize and consult with leaders, executive management, partners, internal stakeholders and L&D to support employee development and key learning initiatives and programs.
- Experience with program assessment to measure program effectiveness and participant readiness (data tracking, analyzing)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills to design high quality materials and create compelling presentations for effective communication.
- Knowledge and understanding of small business banker and relationship management roles.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
- Ability to influence and build consensus among senior leaders and cross functional partners to align on strategic priorities, resolve competing interests, and drive unified execution across business initiatives
- Executive presence with experience crafting executive summaries and delivering strategic presentations to senior leadership.
Job Expectations:- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- This position will require onsite presence at one of the locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
