The Investigations Recovery Manager leads the design, implementation, and execution of a robust Fraud Investigation Recovery framework for deposit operations.
Responsible for implementing efficient and effective strategies to ensure the corporate directive regarding fraud recoveries, the Investigations Recovery Manager will serve as a subject matter expert in a broad array of bank fraud investigation and recovery efforts.This role works alongside the Fraud Investigations Manager and investigators ensuring investigation cases support any warranted recovery effort.Advise Senior Management and Bank personnel of emerging recovery issues and consult and guide the Bank in the establishment of processes to increase recoveries where possible and sets high standards of performance for self and others and assumes responsibility and accountability for successful execution.
Additional responsibilities of the position include leading enterprise internal and external investigations and recovery efforts; create industry best practices through analysis, sound risk management practices and forward thinking.
