As a key member of the Naval Strategic Programs and F&BO Management team, the successful candidate will assume a financial and strategic business role in the overall management of the $1.8B Naval Strategic Programs P&L. Responsibilities consist of supporting the program in achievement of financial commitments while leading day to day execution of all FP&A operations including the annual Long Range Plan, Quarterly Financial Reviews, and monthly Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash forecast and variance reporting. In addition to leading a high impact team, the candidate will work directly with various functional teams within the program to assist in the reporting, forecasting and analyzing financial and operational results. Specific duties will include;
- Staff, train and lead a team of financial and planning professionals in financial reporting, planning and budgeting program P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Oversee and review latest outlook and long range plan submissions
- Track and provide management with insight to key operational metrics
- Provide detailed view of current risks and opportunities to provide visibility into decision making
- Resource management, overhead and capital budgets, charging compliance, Service center management, and support other ad hoc reporting and audits
- Use Continuous Improvement tools to drive process improvement and develop standard tools and templates

- Knowledge of and experience with SAP or FICO or ERP or P2P or ADR or ECE or anything else related
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Working knowledge of finance disciplines (FP&A or EVM or Estimating or Contracts or Financial Analysis or anything else related)
- Ability to obtain a clearance
Desired Skills:- 8+ years of FP&A Experience
- Prior FP&A experience dealing with project(s) totaling $1B+ in annual revenue
- Experience with Hyperion planning software
- Familiarity with LM policies and procedures
- Familiarity with FBM program and customer
- Experience with SAP and Hyperion Software
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior leadership experience or training (FLDP, ALDP graduate)
- Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership competencies; ability to effectively lead others to accomplish goals, achieve deadlines, and drive efficiencies
- Active Secret clearance

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
