What you´ll do
- Manage the end-to-end training process for composite repair technicians across various job sites.
- Must be able to travel up to 80% nationwide, often with short notice (within days or hours), to support field operations. Independently manage travel logistics, including flight bookings, accommodations, and rental arrangements.
- Deliver high-impact, hands-on training for composite installation procedures using fiberglass, carbon fiber, and other materials.
- Ensure technician performance meets quality and safety standards by offering constructive feedback and on-site coaching.
- Create detailed field reports documenting installation processes, technician evaluations, and project outcomes.
- Act as the company representative in field environments—maintaining professionalism in both challenging and high-stakes scenarios.
- Communicate with clients to schedule training sessions and ensure all completion documentation is processed through Energy World Net (EWN).
- Collaborate with global leadership to recommend continuous improvements to the training process.
