What does a Senior Billing Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a Senior Billing Analyst within Fiserv’s Finance Shared Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely client billing. You will serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging your analytical skills to manage complex billing processes, resolve discrepancies, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Your work will directly impact the revenue cycle and client satisfaction by ensuring billing accuracy and operational efficiency.
What you will do:
- Analyze client data and billing history to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare, validate, and post billing feeds and invoices.
- Identify, investigate, and correct billing discrepancies prior to client invoicing.
- Manage billing setup for new clients and renewals, including data conversion and validation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and clients regarding billing inquiries and issue resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve billing processes, tools, and documentation
What you will need to have:
- Experience in billing, bookkeeping, finance, accounting, treasury, banking, data analytics/metrics and/or similar discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (X-Lookup, and Pivot Tables) and other Microsoft Windows applications
- 4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
What would be great to have:
- Prior experience with large ERPs such as SAP, Oracle or Peoplesoft
- Experience as a liaison with Clients and other departments, divisions, and organizations
- Experience conceptualizing innovative approaches to modernize processes
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding.
