About your role:
You will join a delivery team at Fiserv that builds and operates payments and financial services technology used by banks, merchants, and fintech partners. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver software and integration projects across Berkeley Heights, Frisco (Texas), and Alpharetta. The goal is timely, compliant delivery of product capabilities that drive client value and operational excellence.
What you’ll do:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of medium-to-large enterprise software projects using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, security, operations, and vendors) to meet scope, schedule, and quality targets.
- Define project plans, milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies; track progress and escalate as needed.
- Manage project finances including budgeting, forecasting, and change control.
- Facilitate release planning, sprint ceremonies, and dependency management across programs.
- Ensure project deliverables meet security, compliance, and testing requirements for payments and financial services.
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and senior leadership through reports and executive briefings.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 6+ years of experience in Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban) delivering software or payments solutions.
- 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional, enterprise software delivery projects including vendor and third-party integrators.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud-hosted application delivery (AWS, Azure) and cloud deployment considerations.
- 5+ years of experience with security and compliance standards (PCI DSS, SOC 2, SOX) in financial services projects.
- 4+ years of experience using project and issue tracking tools (Jira, Confluence) and MS Project for scheduling.
- 4+ years of experience in project financials, budgeting, and forecasting with tools such as Excel and Adaptive Insights or Workday Planning.
- 4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
- SAFe Agilist certification or experience scaling Agile across programs.
- Direct experience implementing payments or fintech solutions (card processing, ACH/NACHA, ISO 20022).
- Experience managing third-party vendor contracts, SLAs, and procurement activities.
- Demonstrated experience in executive-level stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership.
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
- This role requires being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis.
- This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
- This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.
Travel:
- Approximately 25% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
