About your role:
You will join a delivery and program management team at Fiserv that builds and operates payments and financial services technology used by banks, merchants, and fintech partners. This Senior Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives across Berkeley Heights, Frisco (Texas), and Alpharetta to deliver scalable product capabilities and operational improvements. The role focuses on driving timely, compliant, and high-quality delivery that advances client value and portfolio outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex enterprise software and payments programs using Agile, hybrid, and scaled-Agile (SAFe) approaches.
- Define program roadmaps, milestones, success criteria, risk and dependency plans, and change control processes.
- Coordinate engineering, QA, security, operations, product, and vendor teams to align priorities and remove impediments.
- Manage program financials including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to portfolio leadership.
- Facilitate release planning, sprint reviews, program increment planning, and cross-team dependency management.
- Ensure program deliverables comply with security, regulatory, and testing frameworks relevant to financial services.
- Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, and briefings for stakeholders and senior leadership.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management delivering large-scale enterprise software and payments solutions using Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- 8+ years of experience managing cloud-hosted application delivery and cloud migration strategies (AWS, Azure).
- 8+ years of experience implementing security and compliance controls for financial services projects (PCI DSS, SOC 2, SOX).
- 6+ years of experience with Agile tooling and collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- 6+ years of experience in project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio reporting (Excel, Adaptive Insights, Workday Planning).
- 6+ years of experience managing vendor relationships, third-party integrations, contracts, and SLAs.
- 6+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification.
- SAFe Agilist certification and experience leading Program Increment planning.
- Direct experience with payments protocols and standards (NACHA, ISO 20022, card processing).
- Experience with payment platforms, integrations (APIs), and enterprise middleware.
- Proven experience in executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership at the program level.
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Travel:
- Approximately 25% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
