About your role:
At Fiserv, the Service Management team delivers reliable service operations and exceptional client experiences. As a Service Management - Sr. Professional I, you will contribute to continuous improvement of IT service processes, drive high client satisfaction, and support seamless operational delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the service management processes to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement service improvement strategies.
- Monitor and analyze service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members in best service management practices.
- Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 2+ years of experience in incident and problem management.
- 2+ years of experience in service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent combination of educational background, work experience, and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience with ServiceNow.
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
