ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, however, other duties may apply.): - - Assembly of printers & repair of modules under CIJ/NCIJ on time and as per our quality standard,
- Daily Quality, Repair & production reports,
- Maintenance of all machinery & equipment’s in production/Repair center area,
- Follow all safety instruction as prescribed,
- Responsible for trouble shooting in electrical wire harness / electronic card level
- Root Cause analysis for any quality failure in repair or Production.,
- Print quality test & Packaging of product,
- Execute 6S & Own Dover operational excellence activity execution on shop floor,
- Production/Repair confirmation in SAP,
- Inventory counting & matching with SAP value & gap analysis & action plan on gap,
- Checking of quality failed material & circulate status report on daily basis,
- Scrap material segregation & disposal as per protocol,
- Follow all ISO standard like ISO 9001/2015, ISO 14001/2015 & ISO45001/2018- Internal audits.
- Responsible for root cause analysis for logistics claim/OOB/warranty failures, under production & repair activity products. (5 Why, FAST)
- Repair of modules on time & as per our quality standard,
- Responsible for good quality of soldering on PCB or wire connection while repairing modules,
- Root Cause analysis for any quality failure of parts or after module repair,
- Execute 6S & Own Dover operational excellence activity execution on shop floor,
- Checking of field return material & circulate status report on daily basis,

Position/Job Requirements: Education/Training Required: - Three-year Diploma in Electronics, electrical, electronics & communication with 3-4 year experience or Two year regular ITI in Electronics, electrician with 5+ year of experience in same field.
Work Experience Required: - Worked in in-house repair for Electronics board trouble shooting & repairing especially on printers/laptop/computers, OR
- Maintenance or customer support engineer with exposure in trouble shooting & repairing of PSU, boards with good quality of soldering,
- Similar position for a minimum of 5-8 years,
OR - The experience stipulated above shall be in electronics assembly line, in-house repair for Electronics board trouble shooting & repairing especially on printers/laptop/computers,
electrical/electronic maintenance, customer support/Field engineer in support of office automation/industrial printers. |
