Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate or Experienced Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Position Responsibilities - Associate Level 2:
- Measures key performance indicators
- Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources
- Prepares reports
- Reviews procurement/planning systems
- Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities
- Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation
- Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.
- Communicates project objectives and activities
Position Responsibilities – Experienced Level 3:
- Defining, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects.
- Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
- Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.
- Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.
- Supports the development and implementation of strategies. Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.
- Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
- Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.
- Develops risk mitigation plan.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options..
This position is for 1st shift.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- More than 1 year of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- More than 1 year of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations
- More than 1 year of experience assessing and evaluating risk
- How many years of experience do you have with Earned Value Management (EVM)?
Typical Education/Experience:
Associate Level 2: Typically, 1 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degrees (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred but not required.
Experienced Level 3: Typically, 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degrees (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred but not required.
Relocation:

Travel:
Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary pay range for Associate Level 2:
$59,500-$73,500
Summary pay range for Experienced Level 3:
$71,000-$88,200
