About this Position In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans that drive growth, profitability, and long-term customer partnerships. You will act as a key interface between Henkel and major customers, translating business needs into actionable strategies while ensuring operational excellence across regions. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver sustainable value through innovation, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
What you´ll do
- Define and execute global, regional, and local account strategies, including annual revenue plans (KP) and target plans (TP)
- Identify business opportunities and steer business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives
- Translate customers’ strategies and priorities into joint innovation roadmaps
- Drive and roll out customer approvals while promoting upstream solution selling
- Develop and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives, and sponsors
- Implement new customer acquisition plans for chain and prestige accounts
- Define account-specific pricing, negotiate contracts, and ensure fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
- Optimize sales processes within the country and lead junior KAMs
- Develop and maintain strong executive and cross-functional relationships at HQ and key customer locations
- Steer and support internal resources to execute account strategies effectively
- Deliver account targets for KP/TP, OSG, PC, and analyze financial KPIs and proactively steer key account performance
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks supporting account strategy, including sales forecast updates, monthly reports, and related documentation
