Senior Business Operations Manager
Job Description Summary
This role will ensure that administrative, support and operational functions are provided to the respective teams in an efficient and effective manner. In addition, he/she will be responsible for service delivery through management, provide oversight for operations functions and staff throughout the account, and will work closely with the Account Director in supporting functions to implement strategic initiatives. As an operations manager, this individual will act as a steward for operational excellence initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
- Identify strategic direction and create cohesive, scalable processes for [TEAM] that support our company goals and drive employee engagement
- Create and amplify high-level, team-wide, company-wide programs and processes, frame and unpack leadership vision to ensure they are aligned, understood, and adopted across the organization.
- Project manage and create multiple strategic initiatives that elevate company’s culture and core values, including but not limited to developing timelines, budgets, team scope and playbooks,
- Creatively solve problems to ensure appropriate accountability is maintained with respective workstreams and are operating in an efficient manner
- Provide informal leadership, mentoring and supervision to the staff
- Manage communication between stakeholders, team leads, and senior leadership
- Organize, assist, oversee and lead internal meetings and events, including the development of the agenda and schedules
- Foster coordination and communication with the leadership team to develop and implement an annual plan for developing a high quality, collaborative work environment
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards and internal company processes and systems are in place
- Collaborate with counterparts in other workstreams in order to learn and utilize best operational practices and offer innovation to the market
- Spearhead training programs for employees and coordinate appropriately
- Review monthly and annually operating reports; coordinate with Finance in the preparation of forecasts, budgets, etc. which includes preparing monthly reports, assessing variances and performance to plan for the region and individual business lines
- Work collaboratively with the Account Director with recruiting efforts as well as with HR to ensure company policies and practices are adhered to and oversee annual processes, including offer letters, annual reviews, promotions, raises, bonuses, etc.
- Evaluate and document innovative service delivery options and share insights across teams / functions
- Implement programs to ensure Cushman & Wakefield is recognized as an industry leader as well as a best place to work
- Collaborate in the development of strategic planning with the leadership team and develop short-and-long range operating objectives, policies and programs
- Ensure overall achievement of budgeted financial targets and other standards set forth in approved business plans for the combined businesses/accounts
- Ensuring consistent delivery of services by maintaining playbooks and communicating new process clearly
Background And Experience
- Demonstrated experience should include:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; business/real estate preferred
- 5+ years of people management
- Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership and, relationship building skills
- Demonstrated process improvement, continual improvement skills
Competencies
- Exposure to project and process management
- Proven ability in conflict resolution
- Exposure to executive communications
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Strong Microsoft Office/Google Suite skills
- Knowledge of the corporate real estate industry and business model
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage processes
- Ability to read, comprehend, and analyze P&L statements
- Knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, employee relations, and staff development

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 123,250.00 - $145,000.00
