Caterpillar’s Earthmoving division is hiring a Training Instructor, specifically focusing on paving equipment!
Role Summary: In this role you will develop and deliver training programs for dealers and customers facing employees to maintain and improve their job skills; consulting business units and dealers on training needs.
We are seeking a Training Instructor with hands-on experience operating and instructing heavy equipment in the paving industry. Candidates with a background in education, curriculum development, and creating effective learning materials are also encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong communication, customer focus, and a commitment to service excellence.

Customer Focus: Open and able to assess information to interpret stakeholder perspectives. Proactive in understanding and meeting customer needs, integrating their feedback into your work, and ensuring that business goals align with what customers expect.
Problem Solving: Capable of approaching challenges systematically, document issues and solutions, consider different viewpoints, and use analytical tools to find effective resolutions
Training Operations: Capable of delivering training that responds to customer and market needs, maintain high operational standards, and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting for all training activities.

Summary Pay Range:
$110,520.00 - $165,840.00
