What does a successful CMM Sales Executive at Fiserv do?
As a CMM Sales Executive, you will actively sell and promote Fiserv’s broad portfolio of business solutions to new and existing clients. Your focus will span essential tools like the Clover Point-of-Sale platform, TransArmor for security and compliance, ClientLine online reporting, and TeleCheck for check and ACH processing. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of Money Network payroll distribution, credit/debit/gift card services, and a variety of cloud-based applications and third-party partner offerings.
What you will do:
Self-Sourcing Pipeline: You are responsible for self-sourcing referrals and leads to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Networking and Prospecting: Success requires proven experience and skill in prospecting, territory development, and professional networking.
Leveraging Fiserv Assets: You will maximize results by effectively leveraging all available Fiserv assets and resources.
Strategic Execution: Under the direction of the Sales Director, you will drive the execution of departmental sales and revenue objectives.
Goal Achievement: This includes meeting or exceeding all individual contributor sales goals.
Financial Compliance: Ensure all sales adhere strictly to established pricing and profitability guidelines.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum of 6 years sales experience with demonstrated results and success
Minimum 4 years sales experience in financial services industry.
Experience and expertise with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Enterprise and/or complex sales experience in solution selling
Demonstrated ability in the achievement of sales and revenue goals.
Minimum 40% travel
