What does a successful Sales Executive, Partner Solutions at Fiserv do?
This quota-carrying sales executive role is charged with driving market share and competitive presence for Fiserv. The primary responsibility is new revenue generation through the direct sale and execution of value-driven solution sales within our target market.
This role requires full-cycle sales proficiency, including strategic prospecting, pipeline development, and the profitable closure of complex deals for Fiserv's Partner Solutions. A key component of success will be managing, supporting, and building strong relationships with newly signed partners to ensure long-term account health and continued growth.
What you will do:
Drive Profitable Revenue: Generate income by selling Fiserv solutions within a territory and developing strategies to exceed sales targets and acquire new clients.
Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Efficiently handle the process from lead qualification through presentation, negotiation, and profitable closing.
Execute Strategic Selling: Develop independent strategies and effectively engage C-level executives utilizing the Fiserv Way of Selling.
Leverage Executive Relationships: Utilize contacts to expand account coverage, generate demand through value-based discussions, and secure funding by linking solutions to client business needs.
Act as a Thought Leader: Proactively recommend and position new, value-add solutions, clearly demonstrating their measurable business impact over the competition.
Build Market Expertise: Develop industry networks to stay current on trends and articulate Fiserv's value proposition within the market context.
Cultivate Client Loyalty: Build long-term relationships based on trust and value, managing expectations to ensure mutual satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting in the CRM system and share sales best practices with internal teams.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience with a verifiable history of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
Demonstrated solutions-selling expertise in IT. Preference for experience in the Financial Services Industry and with sales related to complex solutions like ECM, Business Process Automation, or Core Banking/Financial Processing systems.
