IN THIS ROLE:
• You will support the FBM Program Vice President by:
Participating in FBM leadership team meetings, tracking action items, establishing deadlines for follow up and ensuring closure.
Coordinating planning, organizing and completion of projects within area of assigned responsibility.
Preparing materials and agenda for internal and external meetings (Leader and Employee Meetings, Customer meetings, speaking engagements/events etc).
Collaborating with Program Management Teams by creating, maintaining and implementing FBM business rhythms, in support of SMD/Space Business Rhythm.
Assisting in the development and coordination of Space and corporate submissions (QBR, QPR, Situation Reports, Board of Director inputs, etc) as required.
•You will support the PREP team by:
Providing a flawless FBM experience to new & existing employees.
Instilling FBM culture across our locations.
By creating and updating FBM business rhythms, calendars and meeting notices. Creating organized folders in Livelink/Teams, and assisting with chart-reviews.
Making arrangements for high level meetings, tours & events; encompassing all meeting logistics both locally & at the remote locations.
By performing as a generalist in a combination of administrative task; scheduling, planning, budgeting, and executing logistics for morale events.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter demonstrating proactive thinking and the ability to operate independently & influence others. The candidate must be willing to work extended hours on a consistent basis & travel. Additional job duties may be assigned.
This position has frequent interactions with high-level Lockheed Martin and U.S. Navy executives
ensuring effective program protocol.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's or Technical Degree and/or Equivalent Experience
• Ability to influence others and facilitate change
• Natural curiosity and quality-results orientation
• Basic project management skills - outline timelines, status achievements, identify landmarks etc.
• Experience in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint,
Word, Excel, and Outlook) to include the
creation and manipulation of data
• Experience in planning and organizing large
meetings and/or events
Desired Skills:• Administrative experience
• Experience as office manager, human resources, legal assistant or other office administration
• Demonstrated strong commitment to mission success and ability to work in a collaborative, team environment.
• Excellent presentation & multi-tasking abilities
• Excellent organizational & communication skills
• Knowledge and experience with use of Livelink, Teams and SharePoint
• Knowledge of setting up VTCs, teams and/or zoom calls.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
