Selected candidate will support Space Earned Value Management organization to focus on Earned Value implementation and system compliance across all Space programs.
This is a highly visible position with the opportunity to drive the Earned Value System. The selected candidate must have the ability to confidently connect with all levels of leadership and simplify complex ideas and processes for the most basic user. The Individual must have good knowledge of the corporate Program Performance Management Process (PPMP). Individual to have experience either at the BA/BU, Corporate, or program levels and apply it to the PPM surveillance process. Individual will provide support and guidance to LM Space programs and insure adherence to LM and Industry Standards for PPM implementation. In addition, as an analyst with internal and external audit and/or PPM experience, individual will help identify PPM implementation improvements. Must be very process and tool oriented with the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.
Will be responsible for program outreach and communication - building strong and effective relationships with program personnel. This will be a fast paced job with a focus on improving the implementation of PPM.
Basic Qualifications:Solid understanding of Program Performance Management or EVM Earned Value Management or anything else related
Ability to work with or knowledge of Data Driven Metrics or anything similar
Ability to assist programs with preparation for successful customer led reviews and audits
Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills
Ability to travel as necessary
Desired Skills:Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
Proven experience in driving an initiative that positively impacted affordability, schedule and/or technical performance
Working knowledge of the Space EVM Policies & Procedures
Support leadership with internal and external surveillance of the Program Performance Management (PPM) processes as defined by the Corporate PPM policies and procedures, and the Space PPM guidance and the 32 EVM Guidelines
Assist in the implementation of affordable and effective EVM Systems and tools to improve overall implantation efficiency
Subcontract and/or material management experience would be a plus
Experience with DCMA EV audits
Knowledge with large EVMS audits
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
Change Agent working toward improved implementation of EVMS
Strong and Positive Engagement and Communication Skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $84,900 - $147,085. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
