About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Manager, Human Resources (HR) Systems to manage the HR Employee Life Cycle Events, HR Governance and Employee Relations product portfolio. In this role, you will understand the end user needs and larger business objectives to turn vision into reality. You will lead multiple scrum teams, partnering with senior leaders across multiple lines of business to deliver products and features impacting Employee life cycle events, employee care, employee relations, Manager advisory & HR Governance.
In this role, you will:- Lead and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
- Drive development and execution of the Employee Life Cycle Events, HR Governance and Employee Relations
- Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
- Manage the product delivery process and maintain a high bar for delivery excellence
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
- Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:- Experience leading Agile Product teams.
- Deep understanding of HR functional areas
- Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes.
- 4+ years of HR Systems experience (e.g., ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Workday, or similar) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations
- Experience leading complex HR Systems transformation initiatives in a complex environment with business partners and technology resources ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Experience building relationships at senior levels and ability to drive decision making through a consensus building approach.
- Experience influencing and managing cross-functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-time.
- Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of client objectives and desired outcomes.
- Experience interpreting business and technical needs and experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors.

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
