About this role:This role is responsible for developing client-centric marketing programs and content strategies for Wells Fargo's Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) businesses. Partnering closely with CIB leadership, the individual will lead the creation of differentiated, integrated campaigns and forward-looking thought leadership initiatives that deepen client engagement and elevate the firm's industry credibility. In this role, you will:- Develop strategic marketing and content initiatives that elevate awareness of CIB's growth, reinforce its market position, and drive market share.
- Design and execute multi-channel thought leadership programs that bring strategic priorities to life-both independently and in collaboration with external agencies.
- Optimize CIB content across all platforms and channels, ensuring alignment with audience expectations and channel-specific best practices (e.g., print, digital, video, podcasts, social media, whitepapers, newsletters, webinars, and events).
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform content strategy, creative direction, and design decisions.
- Collaborate with UX designers to deliver a best-in-class user experience that boosts engagement, followership, and impressions.
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience crafting brand-building content strategies for investment banks, asset managers, and B2B financial services organizations
Desired Qualifications:- Experience developing integrated content strategies that drive brand awareness and client engagement
- Experience designing thought leadership campaigns across various platforms and channels
- Experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative insights to refine content strategy
- Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
