In this role you will:- Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performance
- Use technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issues
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support
- Perform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional area
- Assist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and procedures
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requests
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staff
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- System knowledge of CSTAR, Operations Image Browser, Common Recon, IRX, Hogan, RE15, or IBR
- Banking or financial operations experience
- Accounting experience
- Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to research and correspond with customers, responding to their questions and concerns with detailed information
- Ability to read and process checks
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations

- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Must work on-site at the location posted
Training: - You will receive in-depth on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.
- Training will be for 6-12 weeks. Training hours are 5:30 am-6:00pm Site Location Time
- You are required to attend the full duration of this paid 6-12 weeks of training.
- We're open from Monday - Friday, 5:30 am -6:00 pm (Site location time).
