The Design Practices Ecosystem Program Management Office is seeking a Design Practices Business Process Analyst to join the team in Everett, WA; Tukwila, WA; or Long Beach, CA.
You will be the end-to-end owner of the Design Practice Ecosystem portal—responsible for product and user experience (UX) strategy, portal architecture and integrations (including GSEP, Degreed and MyLearning), operations, and continuous improvement to drive self-service and support outcomes. We seek a hands-on leader with proven experience delivering portals and self‑service platforms, strong process and data, integration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with measurable outcomes. This role combines web/portal architecture, process and data design and implementation, and ticketing/support implementation expertise. You will translate strategic objectives into an integrated solution that improves user experience, streamlines support operations, and ensures strong governance and architectural alignment.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced, Lead and Senior Design Practices Business Process Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end Design Practice Ecosystem portal as product and platform owner — define roadmap, prioritize backlog, lead user experience (UX) and content strategy, and drive continuous improvement to increase self-service adoption and reduce support volume
Architect and manage integrations between the portal and the existing ticketing system (GSEP — Global Service & Escalation Platform) and other enterprise systems; define data models, API/integration patterns, and ensure architectural compliance with enterprise standards
Lead requirements discovery and process design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders; collect, analyze, reconcile, and document business and technical requirements, then translate them into actionable designs, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans
Drive solution delivery: coordinate testing, validation, cutover planning, training, and change management; maintain project plans, monitor scope/schedule/risk, and report status and measurable outcomes (e.g., ticket volume, SLA compliance, mean time to resolution)
Establish governance, documentation, and knowledge management practices — simplify and consolidate process artifacts, enforce documentation standards, mentor team members, and collaborate with Lean/Six Sigma and enterprise architecture teams to ensure sustainable operations and continuous process improvement
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years’ experience owning or delivering enterprise portals, self‑service platforms, or knowledge bases
Proven experience with ticketing/IT service management platforms and integrations (experience with GSEP or similar)
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts: incident, problem, change, and CMDB workflows
Demonstrated product ownership skills: roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, requirements translation, and stakeholder orchestration
Solid UX awareness for designing intuitive portal experiences and knowledge architectures
Practical experience in requirements workshops, process design, and translating business needs into acceptance criteria and test plans
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
Experience with analytics and dashboarding to measure service performance
Advanced degree or additional certifications in product management, UX, or enterprise architecture
5+ years of experience working with SAFe or Agile methodologies
