Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Entry-Level Supply Base Manager (Level 1) who facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations. Monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance to identify potential risks, issues and opportunities. Develops and executes supply base plans and integrates with customer, program and commodity strategies. Identifies and participates in business and costs savings initiatives. Identifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activities. Provides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies to join our Post Award team in Hazelwood, MO.
In this role, the focus will be on managing our supplier performance and ensuring orders deliver on time to satisfy customer needs while working complex recovery and mitigation plans to avoid risk to overall program schedule.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Hazelwood, MO.
Position Responsibilities
Provides support in the development of mitigation plans
Gathers and reviews data for use in supplier performance evaluations. Identifies and communicates potential risks and issues.
Participates in managing supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
1+ years of Supplier Management experience
1+ years of Supply Chain experience
1+ years of Microsoft office suite experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
1+ years working with suppliers.
1+ years of experience in leading complex opportunity capture and problem solving
Typical Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: Level 2: $70,550 - $95,450
Level 3: $88,400 - $119,600
