You will be working at one of our warranty centers that service customers from BestBuy, Verizon, Tmobile, At&t and other ZAGG brand distributors . This role combines customer service, sales, and technical expertise in a mobile phone or wireless service retail setting. The associate would be responsible for helping customers with their mobile needs, educating them on products and services, and driving sales. This role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with inventory, and potentially handling basic repairs or troubleshooting issues.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, assisting with their needs, answering questions about devices, plans, and accessories, and resolving any issues they may have.
- Sales:Identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate devices and plans, and closing sales transactions.
- Technical Support:Providing basic troubleshooting and support for devices and service issues, potentially including software updates and hardware repairs.
- Store Operations:Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring proper display of products.
- Product Knowledge:Keeping up-to-date on the latest mobile devices, plans, and accessories, and providing expert advice to customers.
- Sales Targets:Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Pay structure is a Combination or Hourly + Commission and bonuses (if applicable)

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
