About Your Role:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall efficiency of the team by providing administrative support, accurate information, and resolutions, while ensuring a seamless process for our Fiserv merchants. You will be responsible for assisting various merchants with inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining customer records in our database. Your primary goal is to deliver quick and accurate information and resolutions. Your strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our clients and drive success.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle 10-15 calls per day, addressing merchant inquiries and issues, including those related to sales and account retention.
- Navigate and direct customers to the right solutions while maintaining strong communication throughout the process.
- Work with merchants to troubleshoot problems, particularly handling cancellations or charge issues by assigning them to the appropriate relationship manager.
- Receive and resolve inquiries from an assigned ticketing system via multiple channels, including phone and e-mail.
Experience You’ll Need to Have:
- 2-3 years of experience working in the financial industry in either Customer Service, Sales Support, or administrative functions.
- Experience with MS Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience That Would Be Great to Have:
- Proficiency in mathematics.
- Advanced Excel skills desired, with the ability to create spreadsheets and manipulate databases.
- Experience with all Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- CoPilot and Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
