About this Position As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the full lifecycle of real estate transactions, including leases, divestments and acquisitions. From strategic planning and valuation to negotiation and closing - ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
What you´ll do
- Lead and execute end-to-end real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases and divestments
- Oversee legal and regulatory aspects, such as reviewing and managing leasehold agreements, easements, land registry matters and cadastral changes, handling tax-related topics including real estate transfer tax
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Purchasing, Legal, Finance) and external partners (brokers, law firms, notaries and public authorities) to facilitate smooth communication and execution across all parties involved
- Analyse market data, key financial metrics, and the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions to support strategic decision-making
- Provide regular updates to senior management on transaction progress and milestones
- Define negotiation strategies and participate in securing favorable terms
- Collaborate with an international team of experts and in an intercultural environment
