The Digital Innovations (DI) department sits at the heart of Toyota’s digital transformation journey. Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Digital Innovations team is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Senior Parts Center Analyst to support the Toyota Parts Center Online (TPCO) program.
This role includes operational, analytical, and programmatic responsibilities, collaborating closely with Product Owners and key stakeholders to deliver best-in-class digital solutions for our dealers.
Reporting to the IT eCommerce Program Manager, the person in this role will support the PCO – Parts Center Online Products department's objective to deliver best-in-class digital solutions for our consumers and dealers.
What you’ll be doing
Serve as the primary Business Analyst for the PCO program, providing operational and program insights to Product Owners and stakeholders.
Manage dealer subscription data and prepare reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely contract execution, purchase order issuance, and proactive renewals.
Act as liaison between Digital Innovations and business onboarding teams to facilitate smooth integration.
Collaborate with IT and reporting teams to automate dealer subscription tracking and reporting processes.
Own and maintain PCO data systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Provide expert business analytics reporting on TPCO metrics including dealer counts and sales figures for executive reporting.
Utilize tools such as Tableau Prep, Excel, and TMNA internal systems to extract, transform, and analyze dealer data.
Communicate regularly with business partners, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide program updates.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation and reporting accuracy.
Serve as point of contact during system outages, coordinating with support and vendor teams while following update protocols.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of proven experience in business analysis, program management, or related roles, preferably within automotive or digital commerce environments.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving results independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and external vendors.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation capabilities.
Willingness to travel up to 10% for stakeholder and vendor engagement.
Added bonus if you have
Professional experience utilizing SQL to query, clean and analyze data
Experience with eCommerce platforms or automotive parts data/applications.
Familiarity with Adobe Cloud and Adobe Analytics.
Experience automating data workflows using Tableau Prep or similar tools.
Prior experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications in business analysis or data analytics.
