  About the Opportunity
 The Holefill Operator applies conductive or non-conductive pastes to pre-drilled holes in printed circuit board panels as specified on the standard operating procedure.
 
   Please Note: The available work schedule consists of 2rd Shift hours (4:00pm - 12:30am); however, training will take place during the first shift (7:30am - 4:00pm).
 
  What You'll Do:
 
  - Reads and interprets work instruction on the traveler to verify part number, job number, lot quantity and legend ink type, as well as ensures that the previous operation was completed, signed and dated on the traveler.
- Reads and understands the standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Inspects hole-fill artwork to check all holes that require hole-fill and image clearance prior to processing and notify team leader if any oxidation or contamination is detected.
- Applies aluminum shield on holes that are not required on panels
- Uses the appropriate hole fill materials and checks if any mixing is required.
- Applies the appropriate holefill material to pre-drilled panels by using holefill machine, wooden stick or squeegee until all holes are filled to the bottom of the panel
- Cleans excess hole fill material from both top and bottom panel surfaces and uses specific materials per the procedures to have a flush surface
- Inspects and verifies if all holes are properly filled with the required material by using a scope
- Bakes and cures panels according to the Cure Table specified on the standard operating procedure or special instruction on the traveler
- Signs and dates traveler, logs job out on ProCIM and move order to next schedule operation
- Uses all required personal protective equipment and follows safety measures when handling chemical and hazardous waste with regard to use, mixing and disposing inks and chemical
- Maintains a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Assists in training individuals and other team associates as assigned.
- Performs all other duties as needed

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as travelers, standard operating procedure, instructions and safety rules in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
- Must be detailed oriented and self-motivated
- Must be able to remain focused with minor interruptions
- Must be able to work overtime as required
Education and Experience:
 
  - High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
- This position requires a proficient ability to read, write and speak English
Please note that in addition to frequent standing and walking, the work environment requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
