As Digital PMO Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of digital products in the Orthopaedics Supply Chain. You will oversee the stage gate process, ensure portfolio alignment with strategic goals, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration through facilitation of the digital council. You will own performance monitoring, financial management and maturity, resource management, and reporting. By championing Agile SCRUM practices, you will continuously improve processes to deliver innovative supply chain solutionsthat ensure the seamless delivery of Orthopaedics products to our patients—Keeping People Moving! You will report to the Director of Digital Strategy & Deployment.
Manage the digital product life cycle management stage gate process – from intake through end of life. This includes evolving criteria for evaluating intake proposals to ensure alignmentwith astrategic portfolio plan, standardizing our stage gate deliverables, and establishing an end-of-life process.
Ownership of performance monitoring – accountability for product portfolio database/tool, ensuring all project information and KPIs (status, timelines, financials, resourcing) are current and accurate for monthly and quarterly reporting
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field isrequired;MBA isor advanced degree is preferred.
6 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or software development – including previous roles in Product Management, PMO, lifecycle management, or finance
Familiarity with E2E supply chain domains such as Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Distribution within a MedTech or similar industry

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
115,000-197,800.00
