As Digital PMO Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the full life cycle of digital products in the Orthopaedics Supply Chain. You will report to the Director of Digital Strategy & Deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the digital product life cycle management stage gate process – from intake through end of life. This includes evolving criteria for evaluating intake proposals to ensure alignment with a strategic portfolio plan, standardizing our stage gate deliverables, and establishing an end-of-life process.
Ownership of performance monitoring – accountability for product portfolio database/tool, ensuring all project information and KPIs (status, timelines, financials, resourcing) are current and accurate for monthly and quarterly reporting
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; MBA is or advanced degree is preferred.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
6 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or software development – including previous roles in Product Management, PMO, lifecycle management, or finance
Preferred:
Familiarity with E2E supply chain domains such as Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Distribution within a MedTech or similar industry
