Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. As Digital PMO Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the full life cycle of digital products in the Orthopaedics Supply Chain. You will oversee the stage gate process, ensure portfolio alignment with strategic goals, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration through facilitation of the digital council. You will own performance monitoring, financial management and maturity, resource management, and reporting. You will report to the Director of Digital Strategy & Deployment. 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Manage the digital product life cycle management stage gate process – from intake through end of life. This includes evolving criteria for evaluating intake proposals to ensure alignment with a strategic portfolio plan, standardizing our stage gate deliverables, and establishing an end-of-life process.   
- Ownership of performance monitoring – accountability for product portfolio database/tool, ensuring all project information and KPIs (status, timelines, financials, resourcing) are current and accurate for monthly and quarterly reporting  
Qualifications 
Education: 
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; MBA is or advanced degree is preferred. 
Experience and Skills: 
Required:  
- 6 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or software development – including previous roles in Product Management, PMO, lifecycle management, or finance  
Preferred: 
- Familiarity with E2E supply chain domains such as Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Distribution within a MedTech or similar industry
