We’re hiring a
Regional Operations Manager at our
Advanced Solutions rental facility in
Orlando, FL, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with sales, service, and logistics teams to build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide comprehensive technical, operational, and sales training to regional, district, and branch personnel to enhance their knowledge and capabilities in Pump, Power, HVAC, and Compressed Air solutions.
- Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities within the region, developing and maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline.
- Serve as the regional expert and advocate for EquipmentShare's Pump, Power, HVAC, and Compressed Air solutions, staying up-to-date on industry trends and product advancements.
- Engineer and optimize jobsite layouts for customer projects, providing expert recommendations on product selection and application.
- Provide advanced technical support to branch personnel and customers, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring project success.
- Work closely with branch personnel to ensure projects are accurately planned, resourced, delivered, and mobilized efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and analyze the regional P&L for the Advanced Solutions division, identifying areas for improvement, driving profitability, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Participate in the recruitment process for key operational roles within the Advanced Solutions division and contribute to talent development and performance management initiatives.
- Travel frequently within the region/district to support branch operations, customer meetings, and training initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to train, coach and mentor current employees in their roles
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions
- Must be comfortable recommending products and building opportunity pipelines
- Must have excellent communications skills
- Must have the energy and drive necessary to help build processes from scratch
- Must be able to travel frequently
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend and stoop for periods of time
- Ability to be in extreme weather conditions for a period of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Education & Experience
- At least 10-15 years of prior Pump, Power, HVAC or Compressed Air experience required
