The Warehouse Analyst oversees warehouse administration and inventory across locations, leads documentation, and conducts cycle counts to identify and resolve issues found in daily operations.

Travel Requirement: None
You will work both in an office and manufacturing shop-floor environment.
Domestic relocation is not available for this position.
What You Will Do:
Oversee and maintain accurate, timely inventory transactions.
Coordinate cycle counting activities.
Handle administrative tasks and record filing.
Execute transactions in the Warehouse Syteline system.
Initiate Purchase or Material Requisitions for consumables.
Track and manage consumable inventory levels.
Submit weekly and monthly Inventory and KPI reports.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Complete additional tasks assigned by SPM Management.
Prioritise EHS and demonstrate safe behaviour.
Conduct risk assessments before work begins.
Maintain punctuality and attendance.
What Will Set You Apart:
Diploma or high school with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) operations.
Skilled in report writing using database tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Able to work independently.
Proficient in English and experienced with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Syteline ERP.
