About your role:
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Fiserv, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional client service for our portfolio of enterprise clients. Your role will involve tackling day-to-day service needs, resolving issues, and proactively identifying new methods to support and enhance client satisfaction. What you’ll do:
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and inquiries in alignment with our "Customer First" initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Relationship Managers and various client support teams to drive operational excellence and meet clients’ service expectations.
- Execute essential tasks such as quarterly/yearly rate adjustments and other repetitive duties.
- Meet departmental and operational standards, including quality and efficiency metrics.
- Identify systemic and client-impacting trends and escalate them through proper leadership and Relationship Managers.
- Manage a portfolio of 15-18 National Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Regional Telecheck Merchants.
Experience you’ll need to have:
- High school diploma, GED, or a combination of relevant experience, education, and/or military experience.
- 3+ years of prior account management experience working with enterprise clients.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in financial services.
- Previous sales experience.
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
- This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
- You will work an assigned schedule of 8:00-5:00pm.
- Must be located in Coral Springs, FL, Terrell Mill, Marietta, Stafford, Texas.
