Role Definition
Manages the Cat Financial Structured Finance Marketing Function for Resource Industries and Energy and Transportation segments.
Responsibilities
• Developing, recommending and implementing market research plans for key products and services; collaborating on brand positioning, databases and direct response.
• Developing strategic plans for business growth and development of new products or services; coordinating the implementation of plans.
• Presenting overall marketing plans and strategic direction for each segment covered to senior management for funding approval and support.

Summary Pay Range:
$135,240.00 - $237,564.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
