ADP is Hiring a Senior Manager - Insider Risk & Analysis
We are seeking an aggressive, proactive, and visionary leader to serve as Director of Insider Risk.
This role will be central in shaping, building, and driving our Insider Risk program.
The ideal candidate brings a rare mix of technical expertise, investigative experience, and strategic thinking, someone who thrives on solving complex problems, working with large data sets, and designing preventive controls before risks materialize.
What You Will Do
- Program Development and Leadership
- Help build and scale a world class insider risk program balancing prevention, detection, and response.
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to align insider risk strategy with business needs.
- Analytics and Detection
- Use technical skills (SQL, Python, or similar) to query, analyze, and interpret large data sets for potential anomalies and risk indicators.
- Collaborate with other Data Science teams to design and tune insider risk models, thresholds, and alerts.
- Enhance insider risk monitoring tools to proactively mitigate threats.
- Investigations and Analysis
- Lead Investigations into insider incidents, working closely with HR, Legal, and Security teams.
- Develop robust reporting and metrics to highlight risks, trends, and program effectiveness.
- Provide senior stakeholder level updates, including clear recommendations and risk assessments
- Continuous Improvement
- Reimagine insider risk processes, introducing innovative approaches to early detection and prevention.
- Drive automation, streamlining workflows, and use of best-in-class technologies in insider risk monitoring.
- Explore new tools, techniques, and methodologies to strengthen fraud analytics.
- Continuously refine detection methods to stay ahead of evolving fraud threats.

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in insider risk, fraud, cybersecurity, or related disciplines
- Hands on technical skills: ability to run SQL queries, analyze logs, and work with large structured and unstructured data sets.
- Familiarity with DLP, UEBA, SIEM, or other insider risk monitoring platforms
- Proven track record of leading investigations and driving resolution of sensitive insider risk incidents.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to provide persuasive updates and summaries to senior stakeholders.
- Highly proactive, decisive, and action oriented with a bias towards results.
To Succeed In This Role
- You'll have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred
- Experience in building or scaling insider risk programs in a large complex organization
- Exposure to data science concepts (e.g., anomaly detection)
- Knowledge of payroll, HR, or financial services environments

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $85,200.00 - USD $173,100.00 / Year*
- Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
