Join Fiserv’s 10-week Technology Summer Internship Program from June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026, and gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity while contributing to the protection of global financial systems. As a Cybersecurity Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals to learn how we defend against cyber threats, protect sensitive data, and ensure the integrity of our technology infrastructure. You’ll be immersed in real-world projects that build your technical skills, business acumen, and professional network.

Interns who demonstrate strong performance, collaboration, and a growth mindset are considered for full-time roles within our Technology Analyst Program or other entry-level positions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to build relationships, gain visibility with leadership, and position yourself for long-term success at Fiserv.
Assist in identifying and investigating potential security incidents and breaches
Support the implementation of security controls and monitoring tools
Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing exercises
Document findings and contribute to remediation strategies
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on threat intelligence, risk analysis, and compliance initiatives
Learn best practices in secure coding, data protection, and incident response
What you will need to have:
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Project Management, or a related technology field
Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2028
GPA of 3.0 or higher
0–2 years of professional experience
What would be great to have:
Exposure to cybersecurity concepts through coursework, labs, or projects
Familiarity with tools and languages such as Python, PowerShell, Java, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, SIEM platforms, and vulnerability scanners
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies

Important info about this role:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.
