The Maritime Systems Portfolio is responsible for building MH-60R Helicopters and MH-60T Cabins for multiple customers domestically and internationally, as well as maintenance and sustainment of the fleet. THE WORK
- Leading program operations for Maritime Systems in Troy for Production and Sustainment, coordinating across Production Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management.
- Managing financial performance using Earned Value Management (EVM), EAC (Estimate at Completion), and CSR (Contract Status Review) processes.
- Overseeing labor and material execution and driving operational alignment to program requirements.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring metrics that track productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Driving operational performance through strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement.

WHO YOU ARE
As the Maritime Systems Program Operations Manager for Airframe production in Troy, Alabama, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance in the production of MH-60 R / T Airframes that will support Final Assembly in Stratford and Mission Equipment installs in Owego. You will serve as the key liaison between Program Management and Operations and will lead a team cross functional team of Production, Quality, Mfg Eng, Material Logistics, and Supply Chain to ensure delivery of Airframes on cost, schedule, and technical commitments.

Basic Qualifications:Proven experience in managing complex production programs.
Strong knowledge of operations and program management principles, practices, and tools, including production planning, scheduling, and control, Earned Value, Risk & Opps
Experience with aircraft modifications, upgrades, maintenance and repair programs, and supply chain management is highly desired
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., operations management, industrial engineering, supply chain management)
Desired Skills:Experience with aircraft manufacturing and systems integration preferred
Experience with lean principles and six sigma methodologies is desired
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop effective solutions
Strong communication and coordination skills
Creative, forward thinking mindset focused on transforming the business for future success.
Experience with orchestrating cost and schedule recovery plans on red programs.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
