The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Information Technology Project Management Specialist to join the team in North Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; El Segundo, CA; Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Jacksonville FL; Ridley Park, PA; Renton, WA; San Antonio, TX; Berkeley, MO; or Hazelwood, MO.
The Boeing Company is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Project Manager to join our Subsidiary Cybersecurity Risk Management and Data Strategy Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing and managing Information Technology (IT) project plans and deliverables, ensuring alignment with risk management objectives and adherence to quality standards.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans and deliverables that support subsidiary risk management initiatives
Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables meet established quality and risk management criteria
Identify resource requirements and coordinate the acquisition of necessary support to facilitate successful project execution
Establish and implement effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact
Analyze and synthesize data to provide clear insights and guide projects toward successful completion
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within project teams
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
Experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
Experience utilizing project management tools and methods
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience with organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience driving innovation and cultivate a collaborative team environment
Experience working in situations with ambiguity and evolving priorities

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $98,600 - $142,600
