Salesforce Administrators at BRIO work on implementations by configuring low-code Salesforce solutions based on specifications created by other team members. Occasionally, Salesforce Administrators work directly with clients in a post-go live support capacity. Ideal candidates have worked on the Salesforce platform and have an understanding of its capabilities and use cases.
Responsibilities
- Configuring low-code solutions on the Salesforce platform:
- Implementing Salesforce custom fields and objects;
- Building Flows for custom Salesforce solutions;
- Creating lightning pages and quick actions;
- Building reports and dashboards;
- Installing and configuring 3rd party applications;
- Interfacing with senior teammates to estimate, task, and build custom Salesforce functionality;
- Creating Configuration Workbooks for Salesforce implementations;
- Developing other documentation for Salesforce projects, including items like How-To Documentation and User Guides, Testing Guides, and more.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Current Salesforce Certification a plus;
- Experience with Litify a plus;
- At least 3 years of experience in the Salesforce platform;
- Super badges are a bonus. We look for these:
