Role Overview:
As a Regional Sales Representative within the Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the growth of the Caterpillar Specialized Commercial Solutions (CSCS) product offerings. Based in our Dubai office, you will collaborate with internal business partners and external dealers and customers to develop and implement sales strategies, analyse market trends, and support strategic initiatives that drive enterprise success.
What You Will Do:
- Identify opportunities with new or existing customers to grow the CSCS generator set business
- Manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Prepare sales forecasts and report on sales performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external experts to gather industry trends and customer insights
- Representing CSCS and Cat Reman at trade events to strengthen industry presence

- Customer Focus – Ability to align business decisions with customer needs and satisfaction.
- Effective Communications – Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and convey ideas clearly.
- Negotiating – Basic understanding of negotiation techniques and ability to build trust.
- Relationship Management – Good ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with clients and peers.
- Strategic Thinking – Capacity to monitor market trends and contribute to strategic planning.
- Value Selling – Understanding of value-based selling principles and ability to present product/service benefits effectively.
Top Candidates Also Have:
- Experience in sales, ideally in distribution or commercial roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Electric Power and/or Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Additional Information:
This role requires up to 50% of business travel time.
