What does a successful Financial Analyst do at Fiserv:
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial planning and decision-making processes. You will contribute to the organization's financial health by analyzing data, developing financial models, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and communicating business recommendations. The team emphasizes accurate and actionable financial insights that help guide Fiserv’s strategic directions and business decisions.
What you will do:
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and develop robust financial models to support business decisions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on financial planning and budgeting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic financial plans.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
What you will need to have:
- Experience in financial and data analysis
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, and database analytical tools (eg Access, SQL, Foundry)
- Bachelor’s degree

- Understanding of essential accounting principles
- Experience with SAP

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
