As a Senior Full-stack Development Engineering Advisor, you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of top-notch software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic solutions that align with our business goals and meet client needs.
What you will do:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications that align with Fiserv's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform advanced coding, testing, and debugging of applications using Spring, Microservices, and Kafka to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases while leading peer review processes.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers and team members.
What you will need to have:
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- 5+ years of experience in Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL databases, Spring, Microservices, Kafka.
- 5+ years of experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
- BS in Computer Science and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
