What does a successful Senior Financial Analyst do at Fiserv?
We are looking for an emerging Senior Financial Analyst who will have the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally within an environment that values and rewards intelligence, innovation, and leadership. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be pivotal in driving financial planning and decision-making processes. This role contributes to the organization's financial health by analyzing data, developing financial models, and preparing comprehensive financial reports. The team emphasizes accurate and actionable financial insights that help guide Fiserv’s strategic directions and business decisions.
What you will do:
- Drive month-end and quarter FP&A processes for Enterprise Sales, preparing variance analysis and executive summaries.
- Build and maintain scalable financial models and forecasts to support sales planning, quota setting, and compensation analyses.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and dashboards to senior management and cross-functional stakeholders; develop C-level presentations.
- Analyze large datasets to identify revenue drivers, margin trends, and opportunities for process or pricing optimization.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Accounting, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on revenue recognition, forecasting assumptions, and quota metrics.
- Support strategic initiatives, including diligence, pricing analyses, and business case development.

Experience you’ll need to have:
- 2+ years of finance and data analysis experience
- Experience in financial modeling
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with SAP or Oracle
- Prior experience with sales quota and/or compensation.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
