About your role:
Join the team at our Stafford location and receive training on our world class Print Production equipment. The team delivers high-volume customer communications and payment products (statements, invoices, and personalized cards) with accuracy and on-time delivery. You will help ensure quality, throughput, and safety to meet client and operational commitments. You will cross train in other departments of production and perform other tasks depending on workload. 
What you'll do: 
- Operate and set up a variety of production machines to sort statements, invoices, and/or personalized cards.
 - Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to maintain machine uptime and output quality.
 - Conduct quality checks and inspections to verify materials match job orders, specifications, and tolerance levels.
 - Cross-train across multiple production departments and support workflow adjustments as volume and priorities change.
 - Perform production data entry and follow job documentation, job tickets, and standard operating procedures.

Experience you’ll need to have:  
- Experience using a computer for data entry.
 - Proficiency in spoken and written English. 
 - Ability to perform basic math to support various job responsibilities. 
 
 
Experience that would be great to have: 
- High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
 - 1 year of experience in a fast-paced production environment.
 - 1 year of experience in operating production machines.
 
How you’ll work:
- Compensation is $ 16 / hour.
 - You will work the hours of 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
 - You are eligible to earn shift differential pay for working 2nd or 3rd shifts.
 - This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
 - This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.
 - This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
