Compensation & Benefits
At T-Mobile, hard work pays off, literally. Earn $19/hr base pay plus commission for your performance. In the last 90 days, the average Retail Sales Associate in the Twin Cities earns $40.22/hour. This is an average and not a guarantee, you can make more or less based on performance.
