Job Summary
The T&C Supplier Manager leads the design, harmonization, and adoption of global Supplier Statements of Work (SOW) and Terms & Conditions (T&C) across regions and service personas. The role partners with Legal, Procurement (GIP/RFx), Finance, Vendor Account Managers (VAMs), and Strategic Supplier managers to ensure contractual language and rate cards are consistent, compliant, and negotiation‑ready, directly improving cost structure and service experience.
Key Responsibilities
1) Global Standardization of SOW & T&C
Build and maintain global SOW/T&C templates per service persona and category (incl. rate‑card structure, SLAs/OLAs, acceptance criteria).
Govern exceptions (clause and rate deviations) via a documented approval path and time‑bound controls; minimize market‑specific divergence.
2) Rate Optimization & Commercial Governance
Translate standard scope into comparable rate cards; enable competitive events with Procurement (RFx) and RFx lead using the global template baseline.
Track contracted vs. realized savings attributable to standardization.

4) Risk, Compliance & Policy Alignment
Ensure SOW/T&C enforce GDPR, EHS, and internal security/privacy standards; verify TPRA is completed pre‑go‑live and at renewal.
Maintain auditable trails of template usage, exceptions, and QBR actions.
5) Change Management & Adoption
Run enablement (playbooks, FAQs, training) with VAMs and markets; plan waves, hypercare, and leadership comms to drive adoption of T&C 2.0.
Monitor template adoption coverage and exception aging; publish a monthly adoption dashboard.

Work closely with Legal, Procurement (GIP), Finance, SSM’s, VAMs, Global Process Management and market delivery leads to maintain alignment and resolve escalations.
Prepare executive‑ready materials for Steering, and Strategy reviews.
Education & Experience Recommended
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units and with global projects, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $115,850 to $178,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
